Proposal for Reef Reshaping at Baby Beach
An artificial reef reshaping opportunity has been identified at Baby Beach in Kauai. This is the first such opportunity publicly identified by the World Wave Project as they work to bring artificial surfing reefs to the masses. Baby Beach is currently home to a fickle slap that is rarely rideable.
